THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The material is shoddy, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something usable instead. Save
